Prakash Saralaya
Prakash comes with 30+ years of experience in the Digital Technology and Engineering Innovations. He has worked in USA, Europe and India in Technology, Healthcare, E-Commerce, Manufacturing domains and various IT / Technology landscapes. He was instrumental in developing many Technology & High-Value Engineering Centers for Corporations from USA, Canada and Europe. Some of the engagements he worked include companies like GE, Rolls-Royce, CATERPILLAR, Gulfstream, Parker Hannifin, Ingersoll-Rand, Stadler, PTC, Bosal, Timken, Lennox, Neste Oil, Ford Bacon & Davis and ABB.
Prior to founding InOpTra, Prakash was Chief Executive Officer of TAAL Tech for 12 years, since its inception until it grew to a size of 500+ team with business in 12+ countries (Americas, Europe and Australia).
Prakash has done his Bachelor Degree in Engineering from NIT, Surathkal, India, and MBA from NIU, USA.
Dr. C.K. Taneja
Dr. C.K. Taneja brings 30+ years of rich and global experience in driving enterprise transformation across Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Media, and IT. At InOpTra, he leads strategic relationship development, key account growth, global service delivery, and operational excellence initiatives.
Having lived and worked in 17 countries and held senior roles at Northern Trust, British Telecom, Singapore Telecom, Telekom Malaysia, Amdocs, RE/MAX LLC, and Cable & Wireless, Dr. Taneja offers deep cross-functional expertise, organizational resilience, sustainable growth, and global delivery. He is a recognized expert in operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business transformation, delivering large cost savings, substantial profitability gains, and significant reductions in go-to-market goals. His ability to align strategy with execution enables global organizations to adapt, innovate, and grow sustainably.

Bhaskar Rao
Bhaskar brings 30 years of experience and international expertise in high technology areas including - Embedded Systems, Large, Mini and Micro computers, ASICs and IoT. Bhaskar is a veteran in the Product Engineering, innovations and Technology areas, and involved in developing many Engineering and Technology Centers / teams. He was instrumental in developing many dedicated teams for multiple clients from USA and Europe. His passion is in using Automation as a tool to provide optimal engineering solutions to develop cost effective, creative and long-lasting products.
Bhaskar has an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication and Post-Graduate degree in Electronics Design from IISc, Bangalore. His previous experience includes the position of Managing Director and President of SCM Microsystems (India), VP – Technical, U&I Scotty Computers and Manager – Hardware Development, Ncore Technology and Senior Manager – Product Engineering in PSI Data Systems.
Karthik Jeganathan
Karthik brings a rich experience of more than two decades in IT and Engineering business development with focus on developing long-term partnerships and technology teams for European Companies. He has immense experience Technology / IT domains and worked in various capacity including as Project Engineer, Onsite Coordinator and Client Engagement Manager. His prior experience includes business development and client engagement roles for various corporations in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland and the UK for Tech Mahindra, 3i Infotech and L&T Technology Services.
Karthik has done his Bachelor Degree in Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and MBA from London Business School. He currently lives in Frankfurt, Germany.
Ganesh M R
Ganesh is an Human Resource domain professional with over two decades of experience in Top MNCs & Indian IT Companies in Talent Acquisition, Retention and Development, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Organizational HR Strategies. Ganesh has vast experience in attracting high caliber Engineering and Technology (IT) professionals, and understands dynamic challenges of attrition / retention in Indian and Global talent market. He brings unique expertise and connects in VLSI & embedded hardware, IoT, Data, ML /AI, Cloud and other upcoming Digital Technology space.
Ganesh has done his Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Masters in Human Resource Management from Mangalore University. His career experiences are as HR Manager at BPL Telecom and Bharti BT,Sr Manager HR at Vinciti Networks, Center Head at Perot Systems and India HR Head for SanDisk.
Gururaja Bhatt
Guru is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, and brings more than 15 years of Experience in Business Finance, Cost Optimization, Performance Management and Accounting, specific to IT and Engineering Business. Guru has a Bachelor Degree in Business management and he is a registered Valuer (IBBI & ICAIRVO).
Guru has very good experience in the areas of developing Operational Excellence, Performance and Incentive Management, Development of Business Plans, Organizational KPIs, Automation of operational processes, etc. He was closely involved in developing business partnerships in IT and Technology businesses from USA and India. He comes with prior experience as the Senior Manager Finance at Wipro Technologies and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
